How long does delivery take?
Enjoy Free Next Working Day delivery on orders of £50 and over across UK Mainland (exclusions apply) placed before midday, Monday to Friday. Orders received after 12pm Monday to Friday, or at the weekend will be processed and dispatched the following working day. All orders with a value of £49.99 and under will be charged at £5.99 for standard delivery. Your order will be processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days.
What is your returns policy?
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery if you change your mind. Return postage is paid by you and deducted from your refund. If an item is faulty, we cover the return cost. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the item. Find out more
Is there a warranty?
Yes. MOVA products purchased in the UK are covered by up to a 3-year warranty. See our After-Sales Policy for model details. Keep your proof of purchase for any claim.
